Rented an ARV Roadmate from ARV in January 2025 to tour around the South Island, had a super experience. Communication was easy, the van was just what we needed, and the whole process was easy and transparent. Having a campervan is a great way to see NZ. Highly recommend this business.

We hired the ARV 4 Cruiser from ARV Campers for a 1-week road trip along the West Coast of New Zealand, and it was the perfect choice for a scenic, flexible getaway. The ARV 4 Cruiser was incredibly comfortable and well-designed, with everything we needed for life on the road — a cozy bed, functional kitchen, toilet, and plenty of storage. It had a classic and cosy feel making it a real home away from home. The bed up top made the perfect nest for the adventurous children to sleep and chill on cooler days. The journey was unforgettable, having the freedom to explore at our own pace, pulling over for photo ops or coffee with a view, made the trip even more special. We had so much fun both inside the van and at each stop. ARV Campers made everything smooth from booking to drop-off, and the ARV 4 Cruiser exceeded expectations. Highly recommend for anyone wanting a classic Kiwi road trip experience with comfort and style. Already planning our next roadie!!!
