can arrange pick-ups and drop-offs outside of business hours!

Getting to us is easy! Simply take an Uber or taxi—our location is just an 18-minute
drive from Christchurch Airport.
You’ll find us at 3/638 Maddisons Road, Christchurch 7675. We’re the third property
up the sealed driveway.

If you cancel your booking the following fees occur:
– Up to 7 days prior to vehicle collection no refund will be given.
– Between 8 – 21 days prior to collection – 20% deposit and 80% of remaining
balance will be retained by ARV
– Between 22 – 28 days prior to collection – 20% Deposit and 50% remaining
balance will be retained by ARV
– Between 29 – 45 days prior to collection – 20% Deposit and 20% of remaining
balance will be retained by ARV
– More than 45 days prior to pick up – The 20% deposit can be used as a credit
towards future bookings.

If you wish to travel between the South and North Islands of New Zealand, you will need to book a ferry crossing. Over the summer holiday period this will need to be done in advance. There are 2 different companies that offer this service, and each run several crossings per day.
